Booking and Reservation

1.1 When booking and making a reservation, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 A deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to the tour departure date.

1.3 In the event that a client wishes to make a booking within 30 days of the tour departure date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 In the event that the client cancels the tour, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• 30 days or more prior to departure date: 50% of the tour price
• Less than 30 days prior to departure date: 100% of the tour price.
• 2.2 If the client cancels due to reasons beyond their control (such as illness or death), they may be entitled to a refund at the discretion of the tour operator. Proof of the reason for cancellation may be required.

2.3 If the tour operator cancels the tour, the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Insurance

3.1 We’ll strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and emergency evacuation coverage, for the duration of the tour.

3.2 We’ll not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the tour.

Changes to Itinerary

4.1 We’ll reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations as necessary.

4.2 If a major change is made to the itinerary, the client will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either accept the change or cancel the tour and receive a full refund.

4.3 We’ll not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by the client due to changes in the itinerary.

Responsibility and Liability

5.1 We’ll exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the tour services.

5.2 We’ll not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the tour, except to the extent that such injury, illness, death, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the tour operator.

5.3 We’ll not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the tour.

Governing Law

6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.

6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.

By booking and making a reservation with us, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
